As a qualified instructor in Cape Town, I’ve been providing a number of different services since 2010. Whether you’re looking to practice on your own, or are interested in learning with others, feel free to explore all the lessons that I offer below. Lessons can be done in person or over Skype. SEMINAR COURSES
A four-hour seminar with a personalised curriculum for any group up to 30 people. Tests and certificates will be provided.
GROUP LESSONS
For groups between 2 to 10 people. Prices vary based on the amount of people in the group.
ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS
Personalised one-on-one lessons with your own curriculum. One hour lessons weekly or per appointment.
ABOUT ME
I have been playing chess from the age of 5 and started actively competing at the age of 9 when I first received provincial colours for Gauteng North. I first received national colours at the age of 16 through participation in the African Youth Chess Championship in Botswana as well as my diploma to work as a national arbiter. I won the u18/20 girls closed championship in 2012 and 2013 and won the u20 woman's category at the 2013 Commonwealth games. I have been coaching from 2010 and for Gauteng North Chess Union from 2013. I was coaching for Gauteng North as their Head Coach for Girls from 2019.
My track record includes multiple students reaching provincial, national and international level every year. References available upon request.
